Who we are

What this website collects

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and has no forms. Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver and secure the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

When you email us

If you email us, we use your name, email address and anything you include to reply, arrange a call and, if we work together, to provide our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps to enter into a contract with you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails that don't lead to work for up to 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as UK tax and company law requires, usually six years after the end of the financial year they relate to.

Who we share it with

We don't sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (such as email, hosting and accounting providers), or where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
